We're German's living our American Dream.

I'm Carmen Kobsch, I'm a professional chef and pastry chef. I love my job and can’t think of anything better than making people happy with our sweet treats.

My husband Christian Kobsch has done an apprenticeship as a plumber and has worked as a customer service fitter. It quickly became clear that we would become self-employed in the gastronomy sector in the USA during our vacation's. 

My husband and I are a great couple, we complement eachother perfectly.
